Additional functionality on the DRCI for Truck Location

Looking for a summary of truck locations in the DRCI. A header with all the plants and under each plant header a list of trucks associated to that plant. This list would be dynamic based on truck assignment in the truck file as well as outages possibly showing in a different colour or possibly separated with a sub header. See attachment.
