Give the plant operator the earliest load time from their plant if it does not match the first driver in the DRCI

At Dufferin Concrete in Canada we have conveyor trucks that may have to go to another plant and might be the first load of the day from that plant, right now when you click assign the plant operator is given the same time as the first driver in the DRCI but may need to be in earlier to load the conveyor truck from the other plant
